CATOS Brand Durostone is composite, made from epoxy resin, a kind of heat resisting and antistatic material. It can keep its mechanical strength, smoothness and original color when continuously used under the temperature of 260 degree (maximal working temperature below 360 degree 10~20s).It is applicable in ROHS appliance production line under high temperature continuously. Products have passed SGS International Quality Certification and mechanical industrial electrical materials, product quality supervision and inspection center of the test .In addition, CATOS brand synthetic stone have the advantage of easily machining, high intensity and can be easily machining into special mechanical parts. Its flexure modulus is 20,000psi. The fixture made of CATOS brand synthesized stone is applicable for at least 20,000times.
